Monday – Friday:         8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Saturday                     8.00 am to 11.30 am     routine, prebookable, appointments only

FACILITIES FOR PATIENTS WITH DISABILITIES

The Practice has wheelchair access to all areas and all patient services are on the ground floor.  There is a door bell intercom service for wheelchair users positioned next to the surgery door, a hearing loop at the Reception desk for those who have impaired hearing, an alarmed disabled toilet to the side of the Reception area and a lower section built into the Reception desk for wheelchair uses.

OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES

After 6.00 pm every weekday and at all times during weekends and Bank Holidays, requests for emergency treatment will be dealt with by our deputising service.

When the surgery is closed and you think you need to see or speak to someone and it cannot wait until the surgery is next open; the telephone answering machine at the practice will direct you to call the Out Of Hours Service on 0845 113 0004 who will triage your call and pass your details onto Primecare,  if felt necessary.  This service is available between 6.30 pm and 8.00 am each weekday, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

When the surgery is closed between 6.00 pm and 6.30 and 8.00 am and 8.30 am the practice answering machine will direct you to call South Doc direct on 0121 415 2090.
